here's some quick little sketches i drew as a gift for my mom. she has about ten of these dogs and they are pretty funny little creatures. especially when they are puppies.

its been a while since my last post so i figured i would add a few roughs i did while comng up with the pirate illustration. these are so completely different than what i ended up with. i decided to take a break from pencil and paper and messed around in flash, which is where all my final ideas happened. i probably saved about 20 trees.

this is a card i did for justin's birthday. he always makes cool hand painted cards for everyone else's birthday, so i figured i'd put a bit of time in for his card. hope you like it.

I was recently asked to do a chapter illustration for an online book by barnaby ward , called 16 miles to merricks. Here are some poses I have done for Total Drama Action. If you havent seen it yet, check it out every sunday at 6:30 pm on Teletoon. It is a really fun job and a great show to work on with great animation and incredible character designs. I have worked on the show for 2 seasons now and it just keeps getting better. I decided to go with the cleaned up versions of these poses which have gone through the clean up department. I will post again after season 2 is complete with more poses and a better description of the process. hope you like!

This is a post dedicated to mike geiger, who i have worked with a few times over tha past and has become a good pal of mine. this was a going away card i made for him before his move back to vancouver. you will be missed mikey.. check out his latest episode of county ghost. its a great website full of great art and funny jokes.
